Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.</span><br /></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px;">Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hands cleaners are also effective.<br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px;">Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
